Instead today Terre'Blanche is
behind bars for assaulting a black petrol attendant. In prison he
faces an overcrowded cell with the very people - black men - he
has spent his life oppressing. He is awaiting the outcome of an
appeal against a second conviction for the attempted murder of
one of his black employees.
A few years ago, the AWB would
have taken to the streets threatening bloodshed to defend their
leader. but now they are silent.
